My name is Jessica Sargent and I am a yoga teacher based out of Cleveland, Ohio. I am a 2o0-hour C-RYT since June 2022.

My journey with yoga started back in 2015 when I sought to find peace, understand my anxiety, and control my negative thoughts. Yoga has connected me to myself and the world in so many positive ways and as my journey continued I knew this was the path I wanted to stay on.

As a yoga teacher now, I love to share the incredible ways in which yoga and meditation can help people. This practice connects us in a way that is so pure and beautiful.

If you are curious about yoga or want to continue to connect with me on your yoga journey, check out my contact page or subscribe to my email to stay up to date with any new events or info.

Practice Yoga
Anytime, Anywhere.

In a constant practice, we cultivate presence on the mat and a life-affirming, equanimous inner attitude for mindful behavior in everyday life. You not only learn to perceive your body sensations better, but also to better understand your non-beneficial emotions, thoughts and behavior patterns. Instead of reacting obsessively, you can practice pausing, reprioritizing if necessary and acting with a mind focused on the essentials and an open heart.

Outer Beauty, Inner Calm

For me, yoga and meditation in particular are neither intellectual exercise nor escapism, but rather a new vitality: giving myself inner stability, I can open myself to life as unprejudiced as possible and with all my senses, connect with it.
I am a firm believer that when a person is at peace with themselves, they are also more forgiving, generous, compassionate, and loving toward those around them—and able to nurture deeper relationships.
